TONZU Yoghurt Tsatziki

Try this popular delicious dip made with TONZU Soy Yoghurt. An ideal cooling complement to spice and curry dishes.



  • 1 cup TONZU yoghurt (briefly strained)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cucumbers peeled, seeded and diced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 cloves finely minced garlic
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • Remember to leave out the sour cream if you want vegan.
  • Combine olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Mix until well combined. Using a whisk, blend the yogurt with the sour cream.
  • Add the olive oil mixture to the yogurt mixture and mix well.
  • Finally, add the cucumber and chopped fresh dill.
  • Chill for at least two hours before serving.

To Serve

Serve on the side with warmed pita bread triangles or as a great compliment to your curries, stews, salads, breads and much, much more…..
