Ingredients
Method
- Cut the sausages in half and fry in a little oil until brown.
- While the sausages are frying mix all other ingredients together to form a batter – much like slightly runny pancakes.
- Using an oven proof dish with raised sides about 5cm, heat a little oil in the bottom and add the sausages (it is important that the oil is really hot and sizzling) then add the batter and cook in oven at 200°C for approximately 30 minutes.
- Keep on eye on the dish without opening the door. If you open the door the batter will not rise.
- When cooked it should be a pale brown colour and nice and ‘puffy’ looking.
How to Serve
- Serve with vegetables of your choice – enjoy!!
As always we recommend using all CERTIFIED organic ingredients
