The croquette (from the French croquer, "to crunch") has become well known as a delicacy and fast food. Our TONZU creation has it’s own unique flavour and is perfect served as a nibble with dipping sauce, or as the protein portion in a meal alongside vegetables – Either way, enjoy!

Ingredients
- 300g TONZU mince
- 1 sml sized onion
- 1/3 cup grated carrot
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 1 tablespoon brewers yeast (optional)
- 2 tablespoons rice flour or potato flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Roll into croquet shapes.
- Dip into 1 beaten egg (optional).
- Coat with gluten free breadcrumbs and grill or fry until browned.
How to Serve
- Serve with mashed potatoes and veges!
