TONZU Vegetarian Burger Patties

Tasty TONZU vegetarian burger patties are a great low-fat Friday burger-dinner, or weekend lunch option – Serve them up on fresh and lightly warmed sesame seed buns, with all the flavoursome fillings and toppings you love.

Ingredients

  • 300g TONZU mince
  • 1 med sized red onion
  • 2 tablespoons tamari
  • 3 tablespoons homemade tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespons rice floor
  • 2 tablespoons potato flour

Method

  • Chop onion finely.
  • Mix all other ingredients together
  • Form into burger patties, fry in hot pan with small amount of oil and serve in a burger bun with your favourite greens.

How to Serve

  • Serve in burger buns with beetroot, relish, salad, mayonnaise, lettuce tomato sauce etc!!!!!!!
