A cholesterol-free thick whipped cream that’s super easy and adaptable; Use it as a topping for all your favourite sweet desserts, add chocolate or spices to complement a dessert.

Ingredients

  • 250g TONZU Tofu
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 tspn vanilla essence
  • Dash salt

Method

  • Blend well in a blender. If a thinner topping is desired, add a little soy milk.

How to Serve

  • Use as you would dairy cream – Dolloped on fresh fruit or your favourite dessert.
