TONZU Tempeh Kebabs

Fresh vegetables combined with TONZU Tempeh on a kebab skewer, and dipped in a delicious sauce – A great way to enjoy your evening meal, or introduce a new taste to your barbeque table.

Ingredients

  • 250g TONZU Tempeh
  • 1 courgette
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 Onion
  • Few button mushrooms
  • some pineapple pieces (optional)
  • 3 wooden skewers

Method

  • Slice tempeh into square cubes.
  • Pan fry in olive oil until firm and sealed on outside.
  • Push onto skewer with vegetables.
  • Drizzle with oil and cook in under the grill or on barbecue until awesome!

How to Serve

  • On a bed of rice with a drizzle of organic tamari over everything or just on a plate with a dipping sauce.
