TONZU Tempeh in Soups and Sauces

Pan-fried TONZU tempeh adds a lovely crisp texture, and ‘crunch’ to your favourite soups and sauces, not to mention a protein boost! Add your pan-fried tempeh just before serving, to maximize the ‘bite’ factor!


  • Cut TONZU Tempeh into 1 inch square cubes.
  • Fry in a pan on medium high heat with a small amount of oil and sprinkle with tamari while cooking.
  • Cook for at least 15 minutes turning continuously.
  • Add to soups or bolognaise sauces just before serving
