TONZU Organic Soy Yoghurt
and Vanilla Fruit Salad

Make this delicious fruit salad dressing from our TONZU Plain Unsweetened Soy Yoghurt - The soft vanilla flavours sink into the soy yoghurt beautifully - If you are a vanilla fan it's a must, and if you're not, enjoy as a special touch to your next regular fruit salad!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups TONZU Organic Soy Yoghurt (strained a little)
  • 1/2 tspn pure vanilla extract
  • Seeds scraped from 1/2 vanilla bean (optional)
  • 1/2 orange, juiced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 250g fresh blueberries
  • 250g fresh raspberries
  • 500g fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 bunch seedless green grapes, halved

Method

  • Combine the yoghurt, vanilla extract and vanilla bean seeds in a bowl and set aside.
  • Combine the orange juice and banana slices in a separate bowl.
  • Add the berries and grapes and gently mix the fruit mixture together.
  • Spoon the fruit into serving bowls and top with the yoghurt.
