Ingredients
- 275g TONZU Tofu
- 1 large courgette
- 1 capsicum
- 1 Onion
- Pineapple pieces (optional)
- 3 wooden skewers
Method
- Slice tofu into 2cm square cubes.
- Pan fry in olive oil until firm and sealed on outside.
- Push onto skewer with veges.
- Cook in oven or on barbecue until awesome!
To Serve
On a bed of rice with a drizzle of organic tamari over everything or just on a plate with a dipping sauce.
