Our TONZU Tofu makes the smoothest smoothie – Tasty and refreshing, it’s a nutritious breakfast, afternoon snack, or protein shake after your workout.

Ingredients

  • 1 block of TONZU tofu
  • 1 Cup of apple cider, unsweetened orange juice, or unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon Honey (or sweetener of your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup of fruit: - Strawberries, blueberries, dates, nectarines, pineapple, peaches, papayas, plums, raspberries, blackberries etc

Method

Blend all ingredients well in a blender. Use whichever fruit or combination of fruits sounds good to you. The possibilities are endless (add a little ice if desired).

To Serve

Cold in a glass tumbler.
