TONZU Dairy Free Mango Lassi

Our delicious rich dairy-free Mango Lassi is essentially a smoothie made with TONZU Soy Yoghurt and mango – So easy to make, it definitely leaves your taste buds calling for more. . . So make sure you’ve got a few mangos in store, not to mention a stash of our super fresh and healthy TONZU Soy Yoghurt.



  • 1 and 1/2 cups plain TONZU yoghurt
  • 1 cup chopped mango (peeled and stone removed)
  • sugar or honey to taste
  • a dash of ground cardamom (optional)
  • Note: You can actually use any fruit in season or canned drained fruit (peaches, apricots, pineapple etc).


  • Put mango, yoghurt, sugar and cardamom into a blender and blend for 2 minutes, then pour into individual glasses and serve.
  • Sprinkle with a little more cardamom if desired.

How to Serve

  • In a glass cold. Can be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
